Animal Control Records Requests

The PCSO Animal Control Section offers online report requests to individuals and companies. To initiate the Animal Control Records Request, please contact Animal Control for the necessary forms.

Once the form is filled out simply send it to PCSO Animal Control by:

Once your records request has been electronically received you will receive notice from an Animal Control Section staff member to notify you if any more information is required to help expedite your request and to let you know when your request is ready. Please be aware any request totaling over $50.00 requires payment before being filled.
